Can I come in for a consultation?
Yes! Our client’s needs are our main priority. We love to work with our clients and their individual hair needs. Make sure to schedule an appointment for a free consultation as we cannot have any walk-ins during this time.
Is it possible to have color and keratin done on the same day?
Under most circumstances it is possible to have both color and keratin done during the same service. However, it depends on your current hair color, type, and texture. We recommend a consultation for these combined services.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
We ask to let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are missed without notification will be charged $25 cancellation fee.
What is the difference between the 24K Karat Keratin and the Silk Touch Keratin?
The 24K Keratin is an oil-based cream formulated treatment that eliminates frizz while hydrating and repairing the hair. The Silk Touch Keratin is formaldehyde free and based on botanical and organic plant extracts.
How much should I tip?
Tipping for service at a salon is typically handled as you would tip for service at a restaurant. Generally, we suggest 15-20% of the total price depending upon the quality of service you received. Please don’t forget to tip the shampooist.
